Frequently asked questions
What do I need to use alZahrawi?
A PC with Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). To work on several PCs, they only need to be on the same local network.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. You use alZahrawi free for 30 days, without commitment. The PC needs an internet connection once, to start the trial.
Does alZahrawi need the internet?
Not for daily work: alZahrawi runs on your PCs and your local network. The internet is used to start the trial, to activate the licence and to receive updates.
Can several PCs work together?
Yes. One PC keeps the clinic's data and the others (reception, consultation rooms) connect to it. The waiting room and the calendar update live on every PC.
I use alZahrawi 2. Can I keep my data?
Yes. When you install alZahrawi 3 on the PC of alZahrawi 2, it offers to import your patients, appointments, medical records and payments. Each user then chooses a new password.
How do I get a licence?
